supper club 2.0
i've been wanting to do a supper club for a couple years now. last year some friends and i tried and failed. we met once. it was fun. but somehow complicated. i think i involved too many people. but i didn't want to leave anyone out! it became way too stressful.
so, a year later, TAKE TWO!
this time i'm trying something different. i emailed a few friends (trying not to get out of hand) to gauge interest and got a great response! so here's how i'm going to do it this time around: each month (ideally the last sunday) i'll have selected guests (2-3 people, thanks to random.org) over and we'll cook a meal and eat it together!
January was snowed out, so february 28 will be the first of such dinners!
guests: genya and sundeep
cuisine/theme: indian!
menu:
mango lassis
kati dal
chana masala
and for dessert
chai pots de creme (a little french shout out there)
